  • We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you have:

    Digital Products

    You have up to (7) days from order date to request a refund.

    (Monday cancel by Sunday, Tuesday cancel by Monday of the next week, Friday cancel by Thursday of the next week, etc.)

    We will not honor requests for refunds after this time.

    Links to your downloads will be available at checkout once your payment is confirmed, you will also receive an e-mail with links to your downloads. Your download link will be active for 24 hours after your first download. If you need another file after that time period, you can request another link sent to you via your orders page on the website, or contact us via customer service.

    If in an hour you still haven’t received your link, please contact the shop immediately.

    Links will be available for 24 hours from order date and then expire. if you aren’t able to download your link within this window, you can request another link at no additional charge.

    Physical Items

    You have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation of your order.

    You can request a return/refund up to (30) days from product delivery date. We will not honor refund requests after this date.

    Included in your delivery package is a packing slip that includes details about your order, care instructions, and a product return address. Please keep packing slip in a safe place in case you need to return the item or to remember how to care for your item.

    Please make sure to read care instructions for your item, we will not be responsible for items that have not been preserved according to care recommendations.

    If you request a refund within the refund window, you will be responsible for return shipping, but we will refund your original shipping cost plus the cost of the item.

    Please note that all of our gift shop items are produced on demand, please read specifications before purchase, we do not ‘re-shelve’ returned items, they are taken as a loss for us.

    Ordered the wrong size? Unfortunately, you will have to re-order the item in the new size. Please review size chart if you are not sure about sizing. We will refund you for the original garment plus the original shipping once the item has been sent back. You will be responsible for return shipping.

    Item arrived damaged or printing not satisfactory? Send us a picture of the product, and we will try to fix the problem with a new item, or we will refund your payment.

    You can can communicate with us through your account once you’ve placed your order, or reach out to us via our contact information.

    Please reach out to us at Customer Service with any questions or issues regarding your order.

  • Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell or give your data to a third party marketer. Your data will not be used for unsolicited e-mails or re-targeting. Your information will be used to process and fulfill your order, and provide customer service as needed.

    If you are buying a digital download, our download links do not include any data phishing software, or spyware, just the files as listed in the product listing.

  • Transparency is very important to us as a brand, this is why we try to provide as much information about us, our process, and products as possible. Each listing provides detailed information about the product, as well as ordering, fulfillment, care, and return. You can also check out our Behind the Scenes page to see our products in the real world as we test and evaluate their quality.

    It is important that our customers make informed decisions about our products and end up with something they are happy with.

  • APWT means All People Will Travel. The concept of APWT was born out of a love of travel. At first it was about physical travel, the exploration of new cities, new countries, the further away the better. Then it was about local places and spaces, taking a new route, looking at our own city, our own neighborhoods through the eyes of an explorer.

    APWT is about taking that curiosity and applying it externally and internally. It started off as a statement about physical travel, and evolved into a reflection of a journey that continues on long after you’ve landed.

  • We are a digital only stationery shop featuring original photography taken around the world. All images featured on our products were taken by the APWT Photography team, and all products are designed by us for the shop.

    All of our stationery products are digital downloads, so you can enjoy your purchase within minutes of checkout.

  • APWT Digital Stationery is part of APWT Stationery, a small independently owned business based out of New York City.

    We are photographers and designers, so all of our products feature original photography taken by us, and all products have been designed and uploaded by us to the shop.

    The images featured on our products were taken around the world. From New York City to Morocco, Laos and Sri Lanka, Animal Sanctuaries, Safaris, and Historic Neighborhoods and Cities, our images represent different stops in our travels.

    APWT Digital Stationery is also a woman owned and black owned business.

  • We sell Printable Card Sets, Printable Bookmarks, Digital Postcards, and we just opened our APWT Digital Stationery Print-on-Demand Shop where you can turn some of our images into T-shirts, Sweatshirts, or Mugs.

  • 1) No waiting, no shipping costs - Print out our printable cards in minutes. No wandering through the card aisles, no waiting for delivery, no shipping costs. Download from anywhere at any time.

    2) Store bought cards are expensive - With our printable cards, buy once, and you can make as many cards as you want. Use as birthday cards, invitations, or thank you cards. Save the file, then print it when you need it. Visit our APWT Digital Blog to learn about making text inserts for your printable cards.

    3) Great for crafts and DIY projects - Our printable card sets can be used as traditional postcards, flat cards, or folded cards, but they also can be used in collage or scrapbooking projects, or in a classroom or instructional setting as a group activity. You have a hand in the final product, so you can play around with different paper, add stickers or stamping, or special pens and markers to make it your own.

    4) You get a printable card and printable art - Our printable postcards also make great small prints to hang around your home or office.

  • Are you using an old receipt, a flyer, or a piece of scrap paper as your bookmark? It’s time for a bookmark that reflects your personality and interests, and is actually a bookmark.

    Our printable bookmarks feature a variety of images, from animals to food, to international locales. Our bookmarks make a fun addition to your personal library.

    Buy one, buy more than one. What’s great is that once you purchase, you can print as many as you want. Give as gifts, use as party favors or a giveaway, use in an instructional setting to encourage reading, or in an arts and crafts project.

  • Why wander the greeting card aisles every time you need a card? Our Digital Postcards are downloadable files that you store on your phone.

    What is unique about our Digital Postcards is that once you purchase the files, they are your files. They are not personalized, we don’t send them on your behalf, you save the files to your phone or computer and send them as many times as you want to as many different people as you want.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to your download.

    You will still receive a standard order confirmation e-mail, this will be a separate e-mail.

    Once you receive this e-mail, you can download file links via the e-mail, or access the files on the website on your Orders page.

    Your link will expire 24 hours from time of availability. If you miss that window, you can request another active link at no additional charge.

  • Our printable items are sized to the dimensions specified in the listing, and ready to print upon download.

    We’ve provided you with high resolution image files, but your final product is only as good as your printer and paper.

    Our printable items can be printed simply with a quality color printer and color printer paper, or for something fancier try different paper weights, textures, or card stock. Print yourself, or take (or send file) to your local print shop.

  • Our digital postcards are easy to use. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your digital postcard. The digital postcard will come in a zip file containing a GIF and MP4 version of your digital postcard.

    Download the zip file from the link provided. Once the zip file is downloaded, click twice to unzip file. Once you unzip your file, you will have an accessible file folder with your digital postcard files. Choose the file the works best for your mobile device and save to your device.

    Once you have saved the digital postcard to your device, upload to your preferred messaging platform like you would any file attachment. See product listing for platform compatibility for each file type.

  • You can now buy T-Shirts and more featuring some of our favorite images from the shop.

    We are a small business, and at our core we are creatives and designers not manufacturers, so we’ve partnered with an outside printing firm to put some of our favorite images from the shop on apparel and houseware items. These items are only made on demand. This partnership allows us to offer a fun addition to the APWT Digital Stationery universe, without keeping unnecessary stock on-hand.

    Not unlike businesses that provide similar types of products, we need an outside printer to produce physical items, but on—demand means we only produce what you order, when you order it.

    We will not be providing any of our stationery products or bookmarks on-demand at this time. These are templates to make uniquely yours.

  • As a company, this is something we struggle with. Offering a discount is sometimes the best way to get someone to buy your product.

    We are not your traditional retailer, at our heart we are designers that love creating fun and interesting products. We don’t keep inventory on-hand, if you see something you like in the shop, you buy it and either download it on the spot, or in the case of our print-on-demand shop, we will make it for you.

    We try to keep our prices low and offer a generous return policy so that you don’t get stuck with something that you don’t like. We hope you buy from us because you found something cool versus because you found something cheap.

  • Buy our products for personal or professional use (personal stationery or business stationery), to give as gifts, or as a giveaway or promotion, but not for re-sale.

    We ask that you do not print out our products and sell them.

    If you are interested in licensing one of our products or designs, please contact us directly.

  • Click here. This will direct you to a contact form that will be sent to our attention. Someone will respond within 24-48 hours. Our contact form is the best way to reach us, but you can also reach us by e-mail, phone, SMS/Text , Skype, or one of our social media platforms. We will not be responding to marketing services inquires at this time.
